Your body is unique and truly one of a kind. What your body needs out of movement is very specific, and may even change from week to week. With privates, it is all about you and your body, your body’s needs and wants. We focus closely on your goals as we create a program that's as unique as you are.



Have a friend or partner you want to sweat with? Duets are a two-on-one personalized session. No partner? No worries. We can pair you up with a partner with similar goals and availability.

Small group classes

Our small group classes are truly intimate, with a maximum of 4 people per class. You'll get a kick-ass workout and receive the personalized attention you need to reach your full potential and take your body to the next level. We welcome all bodies in our classes, wherever you may be in your journey.
